    Hey all. Been buzz in away on the shop n decided to share the progress. Got a 10x16 addition on the back for utility's... Ie heat, air, large tool storage, a well, sink and a toilet. I also got the hoist stood up and anchored and got the heat running! Now I just need a ceiling haha, going in today!

    Done all that, testing with air. A HVAC friend just dropped off some Megaloc thread sealant. Going to give this a try, wish me luck.

    A few of them are bottomed out in the fittings,others are @100 lbs plus. I had tried tightening them with conventional torque, extra torque, and finally with 2' extensions on my pipe wrenches. Still got the same results. Fitting are not out of round nor cracked, leaking from threads...

    Oh its not our house... Jus a shop... House is on the other side of the pines. Although for my next home I'd like to build a 60x120 livable pole barn on +40 acres... Someday.
