I've had the Costco floor in my garage for about a year. I love it. No problems yet. The white tiles get dirty from the tires, but are easily cleaned with a swifter & microfiber towel with simple green... and my 4 post lift with the 1966 Bonneville on it has not caused any damage to them.

GTS - The amount of space between vehicles depends on the vehicles in the mix. The Bonneville & T/A are both low cars, so I probably have about 5-6" above BOTH vehicles. Now if the Turbo Buick gets in the mix, I loose another 3" of clearence so it's more like 2" & 6" respectively. You have to...

GTS - The height from floor to ceiling is 10'. The lift is a Bend Pak hd-9. So far, I love it. No problems. Motor lifts quickly (220) and it's very sturdy. TONY - I think I remember you and your dad. You're a policeman in Chicago, right? You guys had some nice Buicks.

Thanks for the compliments. The floor is from Costco. It's called Moto-floor or something like that. Made by Racedeck but much cheaper. Found it on "closeout" at my local Costco a year ago and bought it cheap. It cost me about $1100 for enough to do the 24'x24' pad and I have about 3 boxes...

I finally finished the garage after 2 years of work. I know it's not as nice as many on this board, but I'm stuck in a big city with small lots and nasty building codes, so this was the best I could do! I'm very pleased with how she came out.

Got a great deal on Motofloor tiles at my Costco in Chicago yesterday. They only had boxes of black & white available at a cost of $69 per box of 42 tiles. The Costco website shows these tiles at $119 for a box of 48. I don't know what the deal is, but I bought 15 boxes (most of what they had in...
