Well spoken, Ryan. Without getting specific as to a list of my "got to have and keep?" - @ 70, I look at my tools that I have done much with in a variety of categories. How many will/or do I wish to ever use again? Spud bars, post hole diggers and wet tile saws (and their accouterments to set)...

I am going to invest in a drill, impact driver, small power saw for my new build. I have decided to go with Lithium ion 18 volt. Brushless motors appear to be the next advance. My research leads me towards Bosche. Would anyone like to give their opinion regarding other brands?
