So I've been looking Around for a 3/4 impact and am not all that impressed with the ft/lbs of torque found considering what the 2235/mg725 etc 1/2 impacts are producing these days. Am I missing something?

I've had lugs stand up a ir 1" impact at work on several occasions. Try using a map torch and heating the lugs up that should help! I'm talking about semi trailer lugs though

I must say that when I heard snapon sells socks my reaction was the same "why would anyone by socks from the tool truck" then a guy at work said its all he wears and the tool man will give you a pair so I took a free pair and tried them for a few months they are great they haven't lost...

If your not stuck on sk for a 1/4 drive set this set is pretty awesome! I bought this set and it has come in handy many times! Especially the bendable extension! I've looked at the sk sets several times but none of them had the things I love about this set...

I own a snapon mg325 and like it. Not cheap but it works when I need it to. A guy I work with owns the air cat 3/8 and really liked it but after about 2 years it's lost a lot of power. He's a snapon makes my ***** larger type of guy so I'm sure he will buy the mg325 soon.

I've got a Klein auto ranging one I paid $45 brand new. Works for my needs at work and the auto ranging feature is nice. Plus had light up screen for dark areas.

in my shop we are all pretty good about borrowing but comments get made if the new guy isn't making much effort to building his own set. people have families to feed and house but if you knowingly take a job in a profession that you need to furnish your own tools it's just something your going...

Cornwell guy stopped by today and I pulled the trigger on the mini 1/2 impact. Didn't get a chance to test it out yet but pretty excited to try it out. Forgot to snap a pic but with a deep well socket on it, it is still shorter than my 1/2 front to rear
