    My new swisstrax flooring

Few hours really, dragging the floor out is fairly easy for me and unclicking takes a bit of time but not a big deal. I do that once a year as well to deal with road salt from the winter. Otherwise take the pressure washer spray everything down/mop and let is trickle out the garage doors.

    My new swisstrax flooring

I unclick mine, pull out to driveway. Clean garage slab and then pressure wash tiles before re-entry. Excellent product and totally practical.

7500w 240v heater install not working

Thanks guys I didn’t have it bridging both legs. I was expecting 120v x 2 wires converts but it must want 240v in each. The instructions did mention 10ga, I guess that was a waste of $$?

7500w 240v heater install not working

I can do that first thing tomorrow morning. If I am getting 120v at the end of each hot wire going into the heater, doesn’t that suggest the breaker is ok?

I priced out NG a reznor or Modine & with friends installing it, $2k-$3K CAD$ while the DG was $230 I don't spend a lot of time in the garage now but felt the tradeoff...

Some thoughts on this used lift please.

That's the going price in Canada. I have been looking for 6 months on Ontario. Seen used ones go for more than 1700 cad OR 1300 usd. Maybe you can find one in Maine and bring over?

Mid rise lift - working in middle of car

Looking at a mid rise lift and have read much about there being little room to work in the middle of the car. Can't help but think that could be overcome by some heavy duty wood cribbing blocks. Even at 2 or 3 feet off the ground, I would think dropping the car on the wood blocks and pulling out...
