As said above, fiberglass doesn't need to be in an air tight enclosure. But it does lose r-value when air passes through it. It will do nothing to stop the drafts. So make sure you seal any penetrations with spray foam before laying the fiberglass and it will do its job.

You can buy the hole saw kit online now at Home Depot. I was going to buy the Leatherman Wingman to, but it says store only.

Mine also got canceled today. I sent them an email and was offered a $20 gift certificate. I do buy things from Amazon all of the time, so maybe that makes a little difference. It ***** that I didn't receive the files, but at least they helped make it better.
