I have done this several times. I have screwed tapcons through the osb to hold it down, and I have screwed sleepers down and then osb on top. I think the better job comes from putting down sleepers.

What are the settings at on your machine when you are welding this? I would guess that your voltage should be close to maximum and then turn down the wire speed. Try weld again. Turn the wire speed down a bit more. Weld again. Your machine can do this no problem. Just get a lot of voltage and...
