Mine had some aluminum nails, through the dripedge, they were pretty loose. easily pulled out My gutter spikes were also pretty loose. They loosen by themselves every winter when they get ice in them. or get blocked and fill with water. I just pulled a few out , and used some gutter screws...

I used some solid wheels to replace the crappy harbor freight ones on my trailer dolly. and some air (electric wheelchair) ones to replace some handtruck tires. and some other ones for a halloween costume/ ice cream truck

I work for a utility in Pa. If it breaks the lines, the power or phone company will pay to fix their lines, the phone company will pay to fix their lines. Some power companies trim regularly, some less often. Phone companies rarely trim anything, anymore. Too many trees, too cheap, not...

No one pays for it . it stays on the ground. if it falls in the road, maybe the boro or township cuts it off the road. If it bugs you on your property, you're going to pay or cut it yourself.

Here's mine. Mine were busted out by the previous owner. I found these locks with the washer thing that covered damage . You have to get the locks on the right open to get inside. Our 2 local phone companies used a different style lock than yours.
