I'm restoring a 28-300 with the enclosed steel cabinet. It's in very good shape, just needs a gearbox cleaning and repaint. It's got Carter bearing guides, new tires, custom fence. Just wondering what a fair price is for a restored machine like this. Located in NJ. Thanks for the feedback.

Do local municipal inspectors generally want an owner to get a plumbing permit for installing the tubing before a slab is poured? The slab in my town also requires a permit, but wondering if I need 2 to cover the tubing.
