    Whats this Snap-On gage for?

    I have a set of 6 "Snap-On" gages marked: MC-132-9-1 (1 1/4") MC-131-9-2 (1 7/32) MC-133-9-4 (1 9/32) MC-135-9-3 (1 11/32) MC-134-9-5 (1 5/16) MC-136-9-6 (1 3/8) These are flat steel gages about 2" X 2 1/2" with a cutout the distance marked. They are all marked "Snap-On" What are they used for?
