Some great shots from the Summernats cruise and around Canberra. I was out there today for the first time in few years and the quality of cars is amazing. The sculpture garden is very interesting as well. It is one of my favourite places to visit when I want to do the tourist thing at home.
Great pics Lyndon. I have a soft spot for British cars. Loved the driving stories. I did a quick run from Canberra to Moss Vale and back the other week and the same sort of thing happened to me. Got cruising at a good pace and everything just clicked and I actually enjoyed the drive.
The other option id to go the hobby shop and buy Humbrol Maskol. It's a liquid masking fluid we use for models. Works very well. Paint on and peel off when you're done.
Some great pics there Terrick. I didn't get out there this year but saw some cars cruising on Friday and saturday nights. Looks like the quality is improving.
Sounds just like my wife's PT. She sees other cars but won't swap. It's a wonder we haven't seen yours around as we are only up the road in Tuggeranong.
Re: Hewey's 30sqm (322sqft) 'do everything double' garage
Nice job on the bike. It sounds like your garage has to do double or more duty like mine. Bikes, cars, camping and work area.

How to get vertigo without leaving my computer chair. that is some serious height and I used to love heights when I was younger. Now getting on the roof is enough for me.
Definitely build. I have so far built 25 feet of shelving out of 2x4's and old pallets from work and 1 workbench that is the perfect size that still allows for the car to park in front of it. I also inherited 2 benches from a friend for free that I helped him make a few years ago. They are huge...
I've got my old stereo from the house, amp, 4 large speakers and my old PC full of music connected to it. Mostly I listen to Rush, Alice Cooper, etc. Lately I've been listening to some trance (Armin van Buuren, etc) while I'm working.
