Curious what everybody's opinion on insulating my barn would be? I'm real interested in having someone come in and just spray foam the whole thing. Would it be a good option to spray the underside of the roof directly to the steel? Someday I would like to put a steel ceiling in and wondering how...

Super happy with the height of the barn, i believe the overhead lines are right at 12 foot, i can pick up even the tallest of vehicles and stand under without ducking. Im 6ft.

Ive been searching on the lift placement, and im getting mixed opinions. Anyone with a mohawk care to chime in?

Heres a pic of the bay in question at 12'8" or 13' everything should layout far enough from control joints. And to answer your question i believe poles are 4 foot deep sat on concete "cookies". Cement is just poured around them. Cody

Ok been thinking about placement for the mohawk. Mohawk suggest 12'8" from wall to front of vehicle for a fullsize. I have 30' to work with. I want to be able to accommodate the largest vehicles. But i also want as much space in front of the vehicle as possible. Ideally i would want to be able...

That yellow master heater for now. Be a little while till i get barn insulated and finished out inside. Im hoping when i do get it fully insulated and interior done it wont take much to heat. Doors are insulated. That master heater got it up to 65 the other day no problem when it was 30f outside.

Ordered up a system 1 10k mohawk, getting installed thanksgiving week or week after. Cant wait, super stoked. Im installing it in the far left bay. Ill take some updated pics soon.

So little update and a few questions. Have electricians running 100 amps from house out to barn and wiring barn. I have 12 ,4 bulb, t8, 4 foot trouffers, 5 of them brand new, and the rest are a mix of used ones that are same wattage, just different brands and case style. The electricans were...

Interiors gonna be awhile, electrical is next, then hoist, then interior. But got other projects that need done around the house first, landscaping, driveway, gutters, deck. Im in sand lake. Your barn looks beautiful.

Storage, 2 post lift, some side jobs. Barns already full lol, doin a motor swap in it this weekend for the in laws. Gonna put some tarps and a rug under the truck so i dont make a mess on my concrete before i can get it epoxied

Big doors will be on this week, ill have 27000 into, interior will be unfinshed and no electrical. I plan on having consumers run seperate service underground from the pole, and hopefully be able to insulate and hang steel inside myself this winter.
