The easiest answer is zoning and town engineers. Zoning cares about lot coverage and Engineering cares about impermeable. The cars in this garage are not daily drivers do driving on grass to reach back drive is acceptable.

HemiRamOn22's, Spent quite a bit of time Friday speaking with the different inspectors and it seems many rules are the result of homeowners breaking rules and not honoring their "promises". Other local homeowners who have built barns and not followed the rules is causing my barn to go...
