Here is the wall construction detail. The only thing I couldn't really figure out was the bottom where the first piece goes on. Also, is there a sill seal that wraps up over the OSB?
This is the detail on how I was planning on doing the corners. No reason really so this can be easily changed. I'll post more later and try to answer some of your questions.
I've been watching another shed build on another forum so I got inspired. I've never framed anything in my life so this one will be new for me. I do have a friend at work with quite a bit of experience though and is willing to give a hand.

The thing that caught my eye was the fact that I could use all plywood, customize the original plans to suit my needs and adapt a workbench into the picture. Above the bench is a pegboard too. Thanks for the comments!!

if its really bad, but not pitted, try using 1000 grit san paper then polish. i really like the mothers billet polish, it far superior to others out there. i'd be really careful of neverdull, it'll scratch the hell out of some aluminum.
