HF 44 or Milwaukee 46 tool box

Milwaukee is design to be a workbench and tool chest. HF 44" is just a tool box. That why you see more people saying they like the HF toolbox. BTW HF has the 44" at the lowest price it ever goes to $349.99 until 12/6. I attached the coupon for the box.

HF 44 or Milwaukee 46 tool box

I go HF. You can also add on end cabinet on each side if you ever needed to upgrade. http://www.harborfreight.com/18-in-7-drawer-glossy-red-end-cabinet-for-roller-tool-chest-68785.html That picture you have of the HF 44" is not the correct top. The bottom drawers are too small.

Need a small, quality led work light.

This is what i use. It pretty bright for it size. http://www.sears.com/craftsman-cordless-rechargeable-work-light-with-35-led/p-03473904000P Meet all your requirements. LED work like a beam so unless you get a large 4ft strip of led it wont light a complete engine bay.
