It's listed as 2000lbs. It's an old Clark C20B. From what I've read, it's only the combination of the high lift height and small counterweight that keeps it that low. I can probably move around as much as 3000lbs at low levels if I need to.

I used to feel the same way, then I discovered the joys of quick set joint compound. You can only mix a little at a time, but it is great for getting everything done in an afternoon. BTW, I love the commercial kitchen sink, I plan on one of those for myself one day.

Harbor Freight currently has a one ton adjustable height gantry crane for $730, and a 25% off coupon that will take you down to $548 + tax. They will accept the coupon for the gantry crane, at least they did for me a few years back. It's pretty tough to build your own for that price.
