    When the cover on my Shelter Logic wigwam failed after 3 years i covered it with greenhouse poly you can buy any dimension online. The poly has been on 5 years now and till doing well, Its also UV resistant unlike the covers that most portable wigwams are provided. My shelter is for old truck...

    I checked the brake fluid in my recently acquired motor car…this involves pulling back carpets at toe board, removing access panel and brake and clutch pedals to provide full access to master cylinder.

    Blasting stumps is cheapest method..I had a vendors permit when i hauled explosives.. a stick of 1” 75% was less than $2.00 back then.

    ‘Sears sold an electric battery powered Tractor back in the 70’s. I see them for sale occasionally and restored sell a heck of a lot cheaper than a new electric tractor/mower

    Obviously the vast majority are better mudders than myself,,no cracks in walls but ceiling has a 20’ crack on seam…my garage is generally heated with the wood stove but no fire for a week and its cool,,32F..

    a 4 hour job to splice in a length of fuel line…had to remove fuel tank and i spray all my vehicles with rustproofing so i was wearing a good heavy layer of goop by the time I finished installing this piece

    I was having trouble pounding a smaller socket onto a rusted/rounded bolt head…amazingly my brain came up with this idea and it worked. I was removing gas tank to repair a leaking fuel line…

    I got this Mastercraft dogbone wrench used 50 years ago…made in West Germany for Canadian Tire Corp…unfortunately limited use under the hood on modern vehicles due to their bulk..it was my go to on my ‘63 Rambler back then

    Yard sale it and be done in a weekend. It’s very time consuming selling a large collection. Fetching top dollar or even nickels on the dollar can be tough,,,depending on location and population… My son picked up a 24” industrial planer and industrial table saw for $300….both no doubt cost...

    Grandchildren were using the manual bead roller to write their name on piece of tin…then they discovered if they turned knob on shop gum machine slowly there was a sweet spot where theyd get 10 gum balls for their penny,,,and it was a nickel machine..

    Help: Canadian brake cleaner replacement needed due to new regulations.

    Last week i bought KleenFlo Brake cleaner/Electrical contact cleaner.. its works good on the brakes…had 2 leaky brake cylinders so the shoes were very oily,,,but show no wear as well the drums were still within spec. It was on Sale,,$5 cheaper than CRC brand..
