    Ok Guys: Anything that looks like it tightens the body against the quill shaft is plenty loos. I even tried to pry the body open a smidge with a big screwdriver and that didnt help. When you grab the handle to pull the drill down, it moves down about a 1/16 -1/8" and then binds up. I guess...

    pictures attached. The handle seems to be stuck with a tiny bit of play. It feels locked up. Like not just having a big hard drag, but wont turn at all. Is it true I can bang on the handle with a hammer? Please advise.
