I rarely use 1/4 drive, it's usually a nut driver or a 3/8. For me, most of the time a 3/8 can do the job a 1/4 can but a 1/4 can't do the jobs that a 3/8 can.

TBH, in that particular price bracket the "Taiwanese" tools are pretty solid. Sunex, Gearwrench, Grey Pneumatic etc.

Nice! If you are willing to dig you can usually find some good deals on ebay. Even if you don't want to dig through a ton of listings you can usually still get tools at a decent "sale" price compared to most online retailers

double box for ratcheting wrenches, you will most likely have a regular set of combo wrenches already if you need the open end

Do you need it for drawer organization and portability? If it's just to hold the wrenches on the go I prefer a tool/wrench roll.
