Yeah I fully planning on insulating under the pex. I am just trying to determine whether to attach the pex to the foam or rebar.

Yes but for example I need 300 sheets of OSB. They are $10.55 at lowes and $15 at lumber yard. Can go to a gift card buying site and get lowes gift cards at 10% off, military discount for another 10% off. so im getting em for about $8 a sheet vs. 15, so just more flexibility from the big box
