Just picked my proto set up at grainger, i checked the box before i left the store and someone had pulled the ratchet out of the case. They gave me another set in stock and sent me on my way. great customer service. sooo, check those boxes before you leave the store

Talked to customer service about my order yesterday, still estimated arrival at my Grainger on 3/14. Well see if it gets dumped before then.

thanks op +1 I eventually got that SK hammer kit.... at least 4 months later. I'm still holding out for the Craftsman Industrial kit from sears for 70$, maybe one day they will ship

Tried to get a $50 46" Milwaukee upper chest earlier today. No dice. The sku numbers are ringing up for the list price 299.

you can get that combo for 249$ with the photo on here or show them the HD.com online price.

:rocker: first HD was sold out of the kit. 2nd HD had it marked at the old price, made the HD guy check the price based on the photo and picked it up. now if only i could find a deal on the milwaukee or huskey tool chest set... thanks for the photos
