Yes it does. Worst I've found so far is at the point of the crack. Block sits on overhang about 3 inches off the footer. Photos attached. The more I learn the more I'm finding out just how f'd up this really is :mad:

Because I wasn't a knowledgeable enough at the time. Still learning. I'm not in the construction business that's why I hired a builder.

In addition to the crack and missing rebar i'm extremely concerned about the way the pour is spread out on top. There's concrete spread 4 to 6 inches out away from the footer. Couldn't winter weather conditions get under this and cause lifting and cracking in new areas?

Thanks guys! At this point no structural engineer has been on site prior or after the pour. And there was not a soil test done. I've made some calls to a structural engineer to get their help.

He felt it would disrupt the soil wall to much. Architectural engineer same as a building engineer, I believe.

My gut wants it out and redone. The soil disruption and stabilizing it is my biggest concern. I don't want to take a problem and compound it. Then I look at the trench photo with the pour going in and that soil is loose. I foresee more cracks in the future. Its only 3 week old now.

Interesting suggestion. I had a commercial construction manager, well known in our area, made the same recommendation. My GC's architectural engineer shot it down.
