    I gladly paid it! Yea I called Matco and two Matco truck guys one remembered selling these boxes he had said $2300 absolute tops back then for this set up if my memory serves me rite. I think I posted in this thread somewhere. Anyways thanks for the reply

    They are friction and sloppy def not a bearing drawer but sitting here drinking beer working drawers wearing off paint, then I'll take out each drawer and oil/grease should be golden. I know someone in the thread said what to use I beleive. I'll have to look back. I'm still laughing how shiny it is

    They are! The cardboard box is stamped April ** 1987. I should of clarified. Matco company in itself told me the 9 series box was discontinued in early 90's
