One of my first Japanese tool purchases was some Engineer PH-55 scissors. They were fun, but my fingers never fit well into the handles. The PH-57 look more practical. I eventually ended up with SK-11 for tough stuff and Kai for everything else.

I just came across this. A few years old, but still interesting.

I needed to fasten a bunch of machine screws recently and the Koken 2768P Hinge Handle was great for quickly spinning the nuts and then tightening them.

My Soft Touch Neo pliers have a similar slip joint. They came in handy again last week.

I wanted a security bit set that had both metric and fractional hex, as one job I do often has me removing old screws of one type and later putting in new ones of the other.

Amazon had the 10s at a reasonable price right up to the end.

I once bought a cheap returned 3/4" socket. Comes in handy sometimes as a weight. :LOL:

I bought a Vevor fume extractor a couple of years ago and it has been a solid performer. I then got a "5000 watt" 240/120VAC transformer and for the price I am satisfied. The toroidal transformer inside is hefty but the internal wiring and outlets are all thin and cheap and I wouldn't want to...

I've owned Lobster and TOP. Both have mechanisms to reduce play.

I think I posted this a while ago along with the comment that they were handy for removing connectors.

They come in handy occasionally.

I only occasionally work on engines, so maybe that's why I haven't ended up with any hex sockets. I generally tend towards the lightest or thinnest thing I can get away with.
