I worked on several configurations, but having a staircase run to the top of a 14ft ceiling is long. This config split the garage and gave me a dirty work side and a storage or clean side too. Thanks, more pictures to come.

Thanks. I was pondering one large tall and wide door on the right bay side, but determined that if I went with 14' ceilings and a 12' door I could park my trailer or an RV in the garage if need be. Also the single doors match the design of the main house too.

Left bay is 12x26 (single door) and right bay is 26x36. I’ve heard builders are tough in M’boro area as they would rather build entire house than just a garage. My builder doesn’t do side jobs either. Lot just under 2 acres.
