Not speaking from experience, but you could use an electric jackhammer to bust up small areas for sinking some lag bolts for a sill plate. Thanks for the kind words. The designer and builder was he and his Dad. His Dad designed the house back in the 70's but they did the garage (after a 20 year fight with zoning) a few years ago. Yes that is a lift. However there is a loft for storage. John
