I need help Identifying this snap on box. I bought it at an estate sale this morning.

The cart is nice. I was thinking of keeping it together. The vice is working. The cart's doors close tight. Everything is so big and heavy. It took 3 guys to load it in my van. That is where it currently rests. Just do not know what to do with it. Thanks for the suggestions.
