Polished concrete is a great way to go. but if i could afford it i'd do tile.

I never unscrew the valve core from TMPS if possible. If i can i loosen the stem (usually a 11mm) a few turns then push in the stem a bit to let the air out. then just retighten.

Re: what did you do in your garage today? I cleaned off the top of my toolbox before posting it for sale in the classifieds. still have to empty the drawers.
