OK, yes, I need to get a cost from the builder. Excuse my ignorance here, but the way the builder explained his process, he puts the frame of the building up first and then does the concrete. I have seen on youtube some builders do the concrete pad first. Since my builder builds the structure...

Width is 46ft, each overhead door is 12ftx10ft Thinking lift all the way to the right.
