Its painted. Its white. 15 gals of valspar signature paint. 1 coat on the ceiling and 2 coats on the walls. I ended up putting a piece of the metal tape over that green spot on the ceiling that kept bleeding through. even tried some rustolum rattle can spry paint and it bled through that. I...
