I couldn't agree more. For me, a utility sink is a must-have item. The simplest of bathrooms would be a huge perk. You don't have to deal with going in/out of the living area with dirty feet/hands. In my dream garage I'd put in a urinal (no toilet) for obvious reasons: encourages boys only...
