We always try to talk folks out of white floors, they almost always regret it when they go with it.

Depending on the condition of it, cracks, separations etc., it might just be best to replace it completly.

The epoxy would likely last longer. There are a lot of variables though.

So is this stamped concrete, or what exactly is it?
