there is a mode called "rapid blink" this is what its alerting. it means reversed polarity to transformer, incorrect twinning or bad grounding. Its in the manual for this furnace.

update. I got a flame sensor for $7 so i put a new one in and checked the wire to it and that did not fix it. I got a deal on a board for $75 and put that in and its still not fixed. This thing is really ******* me off now.
