    Landscaping Company Shop and Yard

I keep hearing that. To be honest, I have had PVC air lines in my shops for close to 20 years and i have never had and issue, not one. We use the shop 7 days a week, 365 days a year and in almost 20 years, I can't think of one time that I thought to my self "next time I am not going to use...

    Landscaping Company Shop and Yard

Added a small cover in the front of the shop for some shade and a nice little place to each lunch and stay out of the rain. Used the old doors from the front of the original shop as the roof panels. Worked great. Finally got our compressor and oil resivour for the heater installed. We put a...

The company I used sold me a product specifically designed for metal buildings. It is supposed to be great against rust, mold, fire. I hope they are right. I sure am impressed with the way it insulates.

decided to insulate the shop with foam. Ordered up some foam and got to work. A few hours later, we had one inch of insulation and WHAT a difference. Highly recommend doing this to any metal building. Costs are much higher then other insulation, but sooooo much better. Also added an exhaust...

We had 10-11" snow last spring that was pretty heavy but it was gone fast. We are in the high desert so our snow is usually very dry and fluffy. And usually the sun is out fast after it snows so it melts fast. That said, I order the heavier gage steel and I usually add some supports just in case.

More pictures of the carports. We bought these originally from Eagle Carports. They are 26w x 30d x 10h. Thats 10' to the top of the wall posts not the peak. They were cheap and included the initial install and delivery. We used them for about a year just to cover equipment and trucks...

Door framing done and Doors arrived. One had a broken window, but they were up in no time. Next we needed to install tin around the doors, install the people door and tin the last bay/store room. I was not able to match the existing tin exactly but it came in close. Most people don't notice...

Funny you ask. I hate it! Its half the machine that our Ditch Witch SK755's are. I have three DW's and the one MT85. I bought it because I like our big bobcats so much, but its a joke compared to the DW's. I actually have it for sale right now. If you ever get the chance to use a DW do it...

The next step was to start framing for the overhead doors. My plan is to have 3 full bays to pull trucks and trailers in and still have one bay for tools and work benches. The 5th bay is enclosed and will be a room inside the shop for parts and to house the waste oil heater. More info on the...

Yes, that is Pikes Peak. My yard is way out East of town, but most of the town has a fantastic view of Pikes Peak. I feel very fortunate for the business that I have.

    Landscaping Company Shop and Yard

As you can see, the old shop was a mess and the landlord had no intentions of improving it. The roof leaked like a sieve and I gave up trying to fix the drywall. I will never have drywall in a shop ever again. What a mess. So we moved the office and started working on the shop. First step...

    Landscaping Company Shop and Yard

For the past 8 years, I have been paying rent for some yard space and a very small and inefficient shop. We have managed with what we had, but the company has grown to the point that we couldn't function in the old shop any longer. I started looking for some land to buy thinking that I would...
