    Above 1200 Sq/FT My 30x50 build

No doubt! I wasn't able to do that with my shop and even with the sheetrockers covering the floor while they worked it has taken HOURS of work to get the floor cleaned up.

Love the sword! The end product was worth the effort for sure. Your son is a lucky kid to have a dad like you that goes above and beyond (and has a CNC tucked away in the shop.) This reminded me of a story that I haven't thought on for many years.... when my dad was in grade school...

Your shop is looking great! Same color as mine, except I went with a lighter color on the roof and have always regretted it. Have often wondered what it would look like with a darker roof color. Now I know. Looking forward to watching the rest of your project come together!

    c91x 36x40 shop build

You are wise to make kiddo time a priority. They will be grown and gone before you know it. Takes a lot of commitment to make it happen. The world would be a better place if more parents would do it! I am amazed at all the things you still manage to get done around your place and the motorized...

    Lakeside Garage 30'x54'

As a contractor, that open/unguarded stairwell opening is driving me nuts. Just a big ol' accident waiting to happen. Aside from that, your place is coming along nicely. It is going to be amazing!
