You should have no problem, I bought it froma local company called tec lifts All made in america and i have 3 freinds that have bought them and have had no issues I also reccomend buying the cross jack for the extra $500 worth every penney :)

10 ft 8 in it is perfect for running my vette all the way up And i can put my other truck colorado gmc under it

they are marvin transoms 6 ft x2 ft bought from cape cod lumber all 2 X 6 walls so the windows cane in 2 X 6 as well

You can not use if it is occuiped space above or adjacent It needs to meet a 2 hr fire rateing which is 5/8 firecode Sheetrock or blueboard :beer: In my opinion the cost is not that much different just to do the firecode

Nope it is real tight Plus i sealed the concrete floor compltely with a sealer

the red on the floor is racedeck ! Just real bright in the picture

The stairwell and ceiling is all 5/8 firecode blueboards with plaster. The door at the top of the stairs is a 2 hr fire rated metal door And passed inspection with flying colors Now i need to just finish the stair trim and the railings

I am now at the tail end of my new garage. Installed the Race Deck over the weekend. It took me about 4 Hrs to install the floor. then about another 2 hrs to cut all of the edges and etc. Good table saw makes it easier Goes together real nice and looks great ! Going to pickup my Butcher block...

I have a new Garage that i built over the past 6 months The floor was poured in Oct of 09 I am getting ready to put my racedeck down. :) Should i seal the floor with a sealer to protect it even more ? or is that just a waste of time and money where i am installing racedeck ?

Just received all my race deck last week ! Going to instaall this weekend 36 X 28 3 car !
