Last reality check before I pull the trigger on a garage build.. 30x40 for 100k?

southern NH, I dont know how to exactly describe it, it's the standard morton system.. seems like adjustable metal bracket that goes into 4' deep holes so concrete can be poured around it, with laminated posts that go on top. no 2nd floor or anything so standard roof trusses, 4/12 roof pitch...

Last reality check before I pull the trigger on a garage build.. 30x40 for 100k?

4" floor, it's NH so lot of rock but hopefully no ledge, just large boulders. Site is relatively level and free of trees, will need to be knocked down some, driveway made less steep. I'm glad you said Morton does good work, that helps!

Taking pics of a broken wall and letting them put up more is...

First garage build, considering framed vs. metal and can't decide, 30x40 - 3 car

Hello, I have a problem (1 of many) of dragging my feet so I decided to sort of wing this finally and get started as otherwise I would wait until I'm 127yo. I had the land cleared recently and stumps excavated so now it's time to start planning the foundation and soon after the structure since...
