Curtis compressors have been around longer. I believe since 1907. I love my 7 1/2 hp 29cfm at 175psi compressor. It will keep up with just about anything i throw at it.

I have a brand new 6hp motor 7 going to be tough to find cheap.

Good luck on getting it powered on 15hp 3 phase thats one hell of a phase converter set up. I would just scrap it its too large. If you have 3 phase power on the other hand then no problem

Here may be a loop hole for your driveway. If you stop your driveway say 3 feet from the road you do not have to get a permit. Only if your driveway goes to the road. That what I did and later just bricked the 3ft gap. Stuiped city rules.

At that price I rather by a curtis compressor for that price. For 1800 you can get a 7.5 hp 29cfm@175 psi curtis compressor they been in business over 100 years

I just looked at foam it green and tiger foam it will cost about $4,500 to use there systems. With soyfoam I am at $3,000. Seems like this is what I am going to go with as soon as i finish my electrical. An order will be placed and I will report the results.

I looked into tiger foam but there tanks are just too small like max size is 600 board feet. I am looking at doing 4000 board feet. So the soyfoam would be the best method for me due from the large area.

I would rebuild it. You are going to need a 5 horse single phase motor to turn the compressor. I am a cheap *** I would probably give no more than $175-$250 for it. I would check to see how solid the tank is. If the tank is shot take 100 off.
