LOL...at least I'm not the only one with this problem. I wedged a sheet of EPDM rubber I had lying around under there for now but it's not a good solution

I have some water coming in under a portion of my garage door that is over a footing. Looking at it the footing is a little lower than the slab, so I guess the weather stripping isn't working well there. Also there is a fiberboard joint between the footing and the slab that falls under the door...
