Thats correct. And yes builder erected the building. You have color choice of almost any color you want and its just pre painted steel siding. Price will very depending on number of doors and windows and there sizes.

I also heard the prices of crete where going to increase.

I had 2400 sq. ft. (40'x60') of 4500 psi crete poured 6" deep for $8,400.00 and thats + drains and under slab insulation. What is like $3.50 sq. ft.

Wood structure on the left was the car shop but will now be the Wood shop/ tractor shed/ ATV garage. New steel building is going to be the new Hot Rod shop!:bounce:
