The rim itself weighs approximately 80 lbs. The base plate, column, top plate, and hardware about another 65. The setup is rigid enough as long as you don't get crazy with cheater bars, etc. Incidentally, I cover the hand holes in the rim with pieces of rubber to keep out debris.

I notice that Wilton Baby Bullet vises have astronomical resale values, and I can't figure out what the attraction is. With vintage cars, motorcycles, guns, etc., prices tend to be elevated on things we wanted but couldn't afford as kids. I doubt that too many of us lusted after Baby Bullet...

Does anyone know the base dimensions/hole spacing on a Reed 3C vise? I'm trying to determine if I need to order material for a vise stand before my (new to me) eBay vise arrives. Any help would be great.

My Rock Island 76 has no logo on it - only the name of the distributor. I understand that Rock Island private labeled a lot of these guys for various large distributors.
