When you say high lift tracks, do those just go angled up toward the tallest part of the building instead of going parallel to the roof like in a normal house garage? If so, the amount of space it consumes I guess heavily depends on how tall your door is versus the ceiling height?

I'm in the Austin area, also looking into metal buildings right now. Regarding the doors, I've had people tell me if you are getting it insulated you should get insulated overhead doors. But perhaps when you say "wind-rated" that is an upgraded rollup door?
