Great looking floor.

I found that small oil spills clean up very easy. There were a couple little quarter size spots I missed and even a couple of days later they wiped up from a graphite tile easily and did not leave any stains.

Nice looking floor! For a clean look on my edges I took an exacto knife and quickily cut all the "loops" and "tabs" off the first and last tiles

I did just that, only edging at the doors. The other three sides I cut smooth and left unedged.

I used a table saw for the full straight cuts and an inexpensive Ryobi scroll saw for the smaller more intricate cuts around the overhead doors. No broken blades on the scroll saw and I still have all my fingers from the table saw :)

With my pattern I started at the overhead door and worked out and back from there. I had to cut both the left and right sides so everything worked out evenly. It was an extra cut but it made for pretty much an even cut tile on both sides and it was out of the same tile. I hope that makes sense.

I left about a half inch gap on the sides and back of the garage. I just painted first two inches of the concrete floor out from the wall with a dark color so you don't even really see that there is a gap there. Can send you a picture if needed.

Finished up the floor in one easy day one person. The garage dimensions were 22x22 with two overhead doors. The RaceDeck was very easy to work with. I used cardboard templates for all my fancy cuts. The small cuts were with a scroll saw and all the edge pieces were with a table saw. Fun...
