I figure. Now that the power is on, we should discuss this here, before I pull the trigger on anything. I probably wouldn't be replacing stuff except 70% of the lights and their wiring is currently removed for the previous repairs. So...now is the time. Now obviously vintage and authenticity...

Yes. The entire ceiling still needs touch up. I'm waiting for the light fixtures to be wired, before tackling the touch up. I definitely won't be leaving the black screw heads. It bothers me.

First order of business....install another ground rod. I first tried hammering it in dry. No beuno. Then we tried a driver on a hammer drill. Which was useless. So next we tried the water method and went with the old tried and true sledge hammer and it went in easy! I've already requested...

I had/have that cocnern. I did ask him if there was anything else and he said it looks good. He's also a car guy, into flatheads. So we had some common ground there and he was SUPER nice and seemed to go out of his way to explain things when I asked questions. So hopefully I'm good!
