    the Nepros brand hand tool thread

    Does anyone know who makes the EKR-1004 KTC toolbox? It is on the Nepros site as well...I am assuming that the are made in Japan by KTC, but an enlightening post earlier mentioned some KTC boxes were made by waterloo. Anyone have any ideas on this and if they are good quality? Worth it...
