Yes, looking to leave the entire space open. Can you use spray foam in the rafters or is it bad for the roofing/decking? Also would that even be economical. I am doing the majority of this work myself with a little help. Contractor price to build was outrageous.

No. No heat either except maybe a space heater. Doesn't get all that cold for that long here. It does get hot though...

Yes wanting to leave the ceiling exposed. Will be working on restoring a truck so would be welding etc.
