You need this. I have 3/8" version of this. Then you stick it to one of your 11mm hex sockets. Not an ideal solution but it works.

i'd try to stick needle nose pliers into gaps. if that doesn't work then comes out dremel with a carbide bit.

Most koken stuff I want to get is out of stock. Like 3/8 zeal extensions, long 3/8 breaker bars (380 and 400m), single 3/8 regular and wobble extensions, etc. Are you replenishing stock soon?

Please consider including 3/8" drive adapter so ratchet can be used with regular sockets and extensions
