We;re buying a house Dec 30th w/ an attached garage. Aparently the PO has painted the floor w/ a simple cover, not sure what but he said "just a basic latex (?)". I'd like to put in a good cover before moving in, but don't have much time to do it. Been doing alot of reading about epoxy vs vinyl...
