It’s oily feeling and then dries hard. We don’t park the car in the garage. Nothing leaking from the ceiling or any equipment. It’s definitely coming up from the ground.

I moved into a house a year ago in central jersey, had the garage redone and epoxied, only to have this same exact issue of yellow greasy liquid coming though. What’s the verdict?? What is this and how do I prevent it?
