I ended up fixing the problem by ratcheting a car tie down around the box and pulling super tight. Then I took a 6x8 block of wood and a 5 pound sledge and hit the right side of the box closing the space. Now I can gently push the drawers in and they all stay in!

Yes-I can exchange but a little hassle. I was thinking about getting rid of the casters and replacing with adjustable short legs tilting the front up keeping the drawers from sliding out. Since I am also using these as a work bench it would be nice to lower anyways. I never need to roll them...

One of my HF 56" tool boxes has too much space to the right of the drawers making them miss the catch so the drawers do not stay shut. I was thinking about putting a car ratchet tie down to try to snug this gap up hoping the drawers on the right side would catch the latch. Has anybody else had...
